In spite of its terrible name “Precipice of Hell”, this precipice with luxurious green vegetation is an oasis in the arid and desert landscape of the south of Tenerife. It is the only place where it is possible to find natural drinking water. It was declared a Natural Reserve in 1994 and is the second most visited natural space of the island of Tenerife, after the National Park of the Teide. |
